Organic Mother's Milk promotes healthy lactation and is traditionally used to increase breast milk production. This traditional combination of anise, fennel and caraway has been in continuous use for centuries by European women. Organic Mother's Milk is recommended by lactation counselors and medical herbalists. How does it taste? A pleasantly aromatic balance of sweet, spicy and slightly bitter.

I tried this tea because I was unable to pump at work for about one month and needed to increase my milk production after I saw it went down. After just two days of taking two cups per day--one in the morning and one at night--I saw a great difference in my milk production. I am very satisfied with this product! By the way, the taste is not bad at all, it didn't even need sugar. I've had to drink worse-tasting teas.

I believe it works as recommended by my midwife. Fenugreek and Fennel seeds are known to aid lactation.
Also try the leaves of the HORSERADISH TREE. For poor countries in Asia, this is one of the fave ingredients. I got my tree from an online website from Florida. If you live in a warm region, I highly recommend this. You can get it frozen in some Asian groceries.
Fenugreek and Fennel seeds are alright, but it taste weird. I bought the tea but I decided to make my own. You can go and buy the seeds online or to your local Indian grocery store.
But I think I'll stick with the the horseradish tree leaves. I highly highly recommend this plant. Do your research on books and on the internet. I add it to my soup and dishes or salad.

I tried this tea with both my boys. I breastfed both for 10 months. You are supposed to drink about 3-5 glasses a day, I believe, and this was just not realistic for me. The taste is good I have to say.
I used FENUGREEK from the vitamin shoppe (you have to take 6-9 pills each day to really get results). The Fenugreek worked awesome within about 48 hours but you have to take 3 pills 3 times a day. Blessed Thistle goes will with Fenugreek too but I felt like I smelled like a vegetable. WEIRD???

Tried three tea bags and threw the rest away. Three strikes and you're out. It taste awful. I'm an avid tea drinker but I couldn't force myslef to drink it anymore.
The times I did try it I didn't notice a difference in my milk. I did notice that my baby had some weird smelling poop the day after I'd drink the tea.
