Lose weight by fasting

The only proven method of life extension is through calorie restriction. I found out how unbelievably true this statement is by my own experience with fasting. I was able to go without eating a single bite of food for six weeks and lost 32 pounds! This weight loss was natural and all over my body. My skin remained firm and healthy. I actually looked 10 or more years younger!

How could I possibly go six weeks without eating any food? By using herbs and whole food supplements while drinking all the freshly made juice straight from my juicer. 25lb bags of organic carrots from Publix for just $17 a bag last a long time and can be combined with lots of other fruits and vegetables.

The best thing is that I got many times more nutrition to my body and brain while fasting than I ever do eating regular food.
